Ivanti ITSM Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and further develop Ivanti ITSM environments
• Analyze, optimize, and automate existing ITSM processes
• Develop and customize workflows, business objects, and integrations within Ivanti ITSM
• Create and maintain automation and scripting solutions using Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting
• Support system integrations, API connectivity, and data migration projects
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
• Work closely with clients in the public sector and healthcare on technical requirements and solution concepts

Your Profile

• Proven professional experience with Ivanti ITSM
• Good knowledge of Python and PowerShell
• Ideally experience with Linux shell scripting
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Understanding of ITSM processes and system integration
• Experience with APIs, automation, and scripting
• Structured and self-reliant working style
• Good German and English skills
